Green Cay Nature Center and Wetlands
It was a beautiful Saturday morning and I had been in the house for too long! That happens sometimes when you work virtually! I grabbed my camera and decided to check out a new nature center one of my fellow nature center fans shared with me. This one is in South Palm Beach County off Woolbright and Hagen Ranch Road.
The parking lot was packed as it is a popular place to get your daily walking in. I strolled the boardwalks and toured the nature center. As I saw the numerous birds and wildlife, I knew it would be a great place for a science lesson for my homeschooled grandchildren. I had a great time there and the next week brought my grandchildren. They loved it! They found a friendly pigeon on the way in that allowed them to pet it. They learned about the wildlife and natives that have a history in the wetlands they were exploring. The boardwalk trails did not disappoint as they saw birds, iguanas, turtles, and a huge sunbathing gator.
It is a great place to spend as long as you like and is another great place in nature that costs nothing to visit.

About Me
As we go through everyday life, I have found that there are moments that pull my attention to them if I am willing to let them. To stop and observe that special something that I want to share with someone else.
Photographs have given me that opportunity. To capture that moment...with the ones we care about, God's amazing creation, and man's creativity. I decided it was time to share these moments with you dear friend!
